Current Role or Position:
Ahmad is the Founder, President and CEO of Construction Development Center, CEO of Argonaut Misr LLC for Engineering solutions, Chairman for URBANICS for sustainable natural and built environment, Chairman of MIDAN (NGO) association for public spaces. In that capacity, Ahmad helped build prominent establishments in Urban planning, Architecture, interior design construction engineering and construction projects management in Egypt and the MENA region.

Ahmad has over 26 years of experience in the field of Architectural/interior design, Construction Engineering and project management.
After 9 years of working in local and multinational companies, Ahmad started his own Architectural/Engineering practice in 1999, “Construction Development Center” that provided and still providing architectural, engineering and management services for clients in MENA region and Eurasia. As the owner operator of CDC he has been dedicated to the design of high-performance, energy-efficient and sustainable architecture with world-class standards, approaching each project regardless of size or scale, with integral design methodology and a clear understanding that design has a unique power to influence public life. Ahmad strives with and through his team of 40 architects engineers and project managers to create designs that aid society, advance appropriate technologies, sustain the environment and inspire people to improve our world.
