The company assembles and distributes passenger cars and commercial vehicles. In addition, it distributes motorcycles, scooters, tires, and automotive accessories. The company operated Egypt's largest network of service centers in 2006.
Ghabbour's flagship arm, the International Trade Agencies Marketing Corporation (ITAMCO), holds the exclusive rights from South Korea's Hyundai Motor Company to assemble and distribute Hyundai cars, which was Egypt's best selling passenger cars in 2006 with a 27% market share.
