The project consists of 8 Office buildings ranging between 16-18 stories and a 5 Stars hotel raised to a height of 21 stories the remaining areas of the project includes: 5 story parking, Retail shops, Exhibition Center, Storage Area, Entertainment Center.

Construction Development Center was requested to design the temporary Sales offices space during the construction period of the project.

We designed a building after being moved by the patterns of a butterfly on a leaf. . . Our design philosophy is to be open to our surroundings and the design will find us.
