Nile City Complex, also known as the Nile City Towers, is built on a ground area totalling 28000 m², comprising of 500 Grand Hyatt Hotel Rooms, 15000 m² retail podia, and 4 levels of underground parking for 2000 cars. There are 5 floors of exquisite residential apartments with panoramic views of Cairo's horizon located on the uppermost levels of the south tower. The speciously designed apartments are totally independent of the business complex with their own entrances and set of elevators.

Scope of work

Construction Development Center team was awarded the design of the towers’ foundations, and production of the foundation shop drawings.
