For their new Headquarters at Nile City Towers, Alico required a turn-key job.
CDC scope was providing the interior architecture design and engineering services for the new headquarters at Nile City Towers.

As a major occupant with 1500m² in the office tower, Alico desired a significant reception hall, and the presence administrative office space, operations, conference and training.
The executive office floor also accommodates boardroom with the capacity accommodate large gatherings with overflow onto the outdoor balconies overlooking the spectacular Nile river.
The interior ambiance reflects the building modern architectural style and attracts the company's target market.

Scope of work

Construction Development Center team scope was to complete the interior design of the Headquarters, in addition to supervise the entire works on the project up until handover to Alico.
