Magrabi Hospital Annex

Magrabi Group launched several state-of-the-art centers with the objective of providing comprehensive eye and ear care to the local and regional communities in the Middle East.
Nestled in the heart of downtown Cairo, the annex has been sited to take advantage of its adjacency to major highways and mass transit spots.
The annex is a 250 m² area including a Magrabi Pharmacy, a Magrabi Optical Store, and a Magrabi Coffee Shop.

The retail component incorporates highly visible, flexible and expressive retail spaces such as; a Pharmacy, an optical store, as well as a coffee shop and is organized around a landscape pedestrian courtyard that provides shaded, open air spaces. Storefronts open to the courtyard as well as to the street.

Scope of work

The presentation of the architectural and interior design for the facility, the production of required construction documents, and the supervision of entire works until handover of the facility to the client.
