Cisscorp Mall will be the largest mall in Dakar with 6 stories and a total area of 36,900 m2. It will be built in accordance with the biggest and the most sophisticated international standards; it will feature ground and mezzanine commercial stores while the 3rd and 4th floor offer medical facilities and the administrative offices occupy the 5th and 6th-floors.

Scope of work

CDC was awarded the design and planning for Cisscorp mall to design a new destination that will not only become a pleasure but an entirely new experience by offering a combination of shopping, entertainment , medical and business facilities that are unmatched anywhere else in Senegal.
