A 6 floors mixed use building, HYUNDAI Automotive showroom is located in the ground & first floor, while MATFORCE the local agent in Senegal head office will occupy the 4 remaining floors with roof garden & a staff cafeteria.

The building will follow “Green buildings principals in some of the LEED aspects & stages.
The design methodology aimed to enable employees to perform their jobs effectively, support them be focused on the work that represent the core of their day.
The design also adds alternative spaces that support all work modes, from collaboration to learning, training and socializing to enable connections, focus and collaboration that drive success in today’s knowledge economy.

Construction Development Center has been awarded the design for this Green building with all its principles and stages.
